In brief: we collect information you provide (e.g., email, profile details) and technical data generated during your use of the Service. We do not sell your personal information. 4) Service Content; No User-Generated Stories

The Service provides access to stories, scenes, images, and related materials made available by Company and/or its licensors (collectively, “Service Content”). Users cannot create, upload, or publish stories or other narrative content on the Service. Any interactive features are read-only and limited to lawful viewing and navigation.

License to You

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service Content for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, make derivative works of, or exploit the Service Content except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT CONTENT (INCLUDING AI-ASSISTED CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER COMPANY NOR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; they may not apply to you.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, for any action not subject to arbitration.
